Welcome to the Handstand Timer support page! If you’re having issues or have any questions about using Handstand Timer, you’ve come to the right place.

Troubleshooting

1. The Video/Camera Isn’t Loading

  • Make sure you have granted camera permissions to the Handstand Timer app.
  • Check that your camera is not being used by another application.
  • If the issue persists, try refreshing the page or restarting the app.

2. The Timer Does Not Start

  • Confirm that you have the desired pose selected. Note that the “hands up” pose is useful to verify that pose detection is working.
  • Ensure camera permission is enabled in your browser or app settings.
  • Make sure your whole body is visible in the frame.

3. Poor Performance

If the video is not smooth and responsive, you may be able to improve performance by:

  • Using the “light” model. From the pose page, click on the settings (gear) icon in the top right. Open Advanced Options, click the Pose Model Complexity dropdown and select “light”.
  • Try restarting your device.
